We'll ship your wedding-ready camcorder kit a few days before your wedding. Simply pass it around throughout the weekend to capture candid moments, then use the prepaid return label to send everything back. We'll organize your footage and create your personalized highlight video.
Do I need any filming experience?

Not at all! The camcorder is easy to use and comes with simple instructions. Just press record and let the memories happen, from everyone’s POV.
How much footage can the camcorder hold?

Each package includes a memory card with enough storage for up to 8 hours of footage, so there's plenty of room for all the laughs, happy tears, and dance floor moments.
When will I receive my camcorder kit?

Your camcorder kit will arrive approximately 3–4 days before your wedding, giving you plenty of time to get comfortable with everything before the festivities begin.
When will I receive my footage and highlight video?

You'll receive your organized raw footage and personalized highlight video within a few weeks after we receive your returned camcorder.
What happens if the camcorder gets damaged?

We know accidents happen. Normal wear and tear is expected, but any significant damage or loss may be subject to additional fees. Full details are outlined in our rental agreement.
Can I have multiple people use the camcorder?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. The best footage often comes from family and friends capturing the weekend from their own POV.
What’s included in the Weekend POV camcorder kit?

Your kit includes 1 or 2 (depending on your package) high quality Sony 4K camcorders, memory cards, batteries, charger, carrying case, easy-to-follow instructions, a suggested shot list, and a prepaid return shipping label.
